Terms of Service

Effective date: July 8, 2026

The short version: Curator turns content you choose to connect into personal intelligence. Your content stays yours; you give us permission to process it so the Service can work. AI-generated analysis can be wrong — verify before you act on it, and don't treat it as professional or investment advice. Be reasonable, don't abuse the Service, and cancel anytime.

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Mice On The Moon, LLC ("Mice On The Moon," "we," "us"), the operator of Curator — the website at joincurator.app, the web application at app.joincurator.app, and the Curator mobile applications (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it to these Terms.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your login secure, and tell us promptly at support@miceonthemoon.studio if you suspect unauthorized access. You may delete your account at any time; see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

4. Early access

Curator is in active development. Features may change, be added, or be removed, and early-access features may not work perfectly. We'll do our best to communicate meaningful changes, but the Service is provided as a continually evolving product.

5. Subscriptions and billing

6. Your content and permissions

Your content is yours. You retain all rights to the content you connect, add, or upload, and to the personal context you provide. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, and process that content solely to operate, provide, and improve the Service for you — including sending portions of it to AI model providers to generate your analysis, as described in the Privacy Policy. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except as needed to comply with law.

The intelligence Curator generates from your content — briefings, signals, themes, insights — is part of your account, and you are free to use it for any lawful purpose.

By connecting a third-party platform (such as X, YouTube, or Spotify), you represent that you're entitled to give Curator access to that content on your behalf, and you agree to comply with that platform's own terms.

7. AI-generated output

Curator's analysis is produced by artificial intelligence reasoning over your sources. It is designed to trace conclusions back to evidence, but AI output can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. It is provided for informational purposes only and is not professional advice of any kind — including financial, investment, legal, medical, or tax advice. Verify anything important against the underlying sources before acting on it. You are responsible for decisions you make based on the Service.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

9. Our intellectual property

The Service itself — its software, design, and branding — belongs to Mice On The Moon, LLC and its licensors. These Terms don't grant you any rights in it beyond the right to use the Service. "Curator" and the Curator marks may not be used without our permission.

10. Feedback

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

11. Third-party services

The Service interoperates with third-party platforms and is built on third-party infrastructure. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or changes to their APIs that affect what Curator can sync. If a platform revokes or restricts access, related features may stop working.

12. Mobile applications

If you download Curator from the Apple App Store or Google Play, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Mice On The Moon, LLC — not Apple or Google. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app and are not responsible for addressing claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with respect to the iOS app and may enforce them against you. Your use of the app must also comply with the applicable store's terms of service.

13. Termination

You can stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service (in which case we'll give you reasonable notice and a chance to export your data where practicable). Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including 6 (license during retention), 7, 9, 14, 15, 16, and 17 — survive.

14. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ITS OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

15. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MICE ON THE MOON, LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE AND (B) US $50. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mice On The Moon, LLC from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@miceonthemoon.studio and give us 30 days to try to resolve the dispute informally. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction — except that either party may bring qualifying claims in small-claims court. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or in the Service before they take effect; continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms. The effective date above always reflects the current version.
